You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of Indonesia (or a jurisdiction where use of this platform is not prohibited) to register and use mdg388. Age verification is enforced at withdrawal stage.
Each individual may hold exactly one active account on mdg388. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account credentials.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via supported Indonesian banks and e-wallets. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and minimum processing requirements.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Full bonus terms are communicated at the time of each promotion and are incorporated into these Terms.
Collusion, use of automated betting software, arbitrage abuse, and any form of fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances without recourse.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which mdg388 holds its international gaming license. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

You represent and warrant that your use of mdg388 is lawful under the laws of your country of residence or the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. mdg388 accepts no liability for any Member who uses the Platform in contravention of local laws.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on mdg388:

The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mdg388 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances held within them, including any accrued winnings.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details (email address and/or mobile phone number). You are responsible for keeping this information current throughout your use of the Platform.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any security codes. mdg388 will treat all activity under your credentials as authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify mdg388 immediately at [email protected].
3.4 Non-Transferability. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate termination of the Account.
3.5 Account Currency. All Accounts on mdg388 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and others) or supported e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) will be credited to your Balance in IDR at the prevailing rate, with no currency conversion fees applied.
4.1 Verification Requirement. mdg388 is required by its licensing conditions to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests or increasing transaction limits. The KYC process is a standard international compliance procedure and is not intended to create undue burden for legitimate players.
4.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, you will typically be required to provide:

4.5 Consequences of Failed Verification. If a Member fails to provide the required KYC documentation within the time specified by mdg388, or if the submitted documents cannot be verified to mdg388's reasonable satisfaction, mdg388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the Account and to withhold pending withdrawals pending further investigation.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. mdg388 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The available methods and their limits are subject to change and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits per transaction and per day. Current limits are published in the Cashier section of the Platform and in our publicly available payment methods table. mdg388 reserves the right to revise these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer or supported e-wallet are typically credited to your Account balance instantly or within fifteen (15) minutes. Processing times for less common payment methods may vary. mdg388 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's financial institution.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by mdg388's payments team during operational hours. Estimated processing times range from fifteen (15) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours depending on the payment method and the Member's verification tier. Stated processing times are estimates only and are not guarantees. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods other than those used for deposits, unless approved by mdg388's compliance team through the standard KYC process.
5.5 Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only. All withdrawals must be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own legal name, consistent with the name on the Member's KYC documentation. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
5.6 Transaction Fees. mdg388 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals at this time. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which mdg388 accepts no responsibility.
5.7 Currency. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). mdg388 does not support transactions in foreign currencies. Members attempting to transfer funds in non-IDR currencies will have their transactions declined or returned.
6.1 Promotional Offers. mdg388 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other incentives to new and existing Members. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be turned over Rp 3.000.000 in total qualifying wagers before any withdrawal is permitted.
6.3 One Promotion Per Household. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one per household, per IP address, and per payment method. mdg388 reserves the right to apply this limit at its reasonable discretion.
6.4 Abuse of Promotions. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting through the Platform, or collusion to unlawfully extract bonus value — constitutes abuse. mdg388 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any winnings derived from bonus abuse, and close the relevant Account(s).
6.5 Expiry of Bonuses. Bonus funds not wagered within the time period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Member's Account without notice. mdg388 is not obligated to issue reminders prior to bonus expiry.
7.1 General Betting Rules. mdg388 operates sports betting markets including but not limited to football (bandar bola), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, e-sports, and togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery) products. All markets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category, which are accessible within the Platform and incorporated herein by reference.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by mdg388. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving system errors, odds errors, or suspected abuse. A bet is only confirmed when you receive an official bet confirmation reference number within the Platform.
7.3 Palpable Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect (a "palpable error"), mdg388 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake, regardless of whether the wager has been settled. Winnings derived from palpable errors will not be honored.
7.4 Football and Asian Handicap Rules. For football markets, including Asian handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets, the settlement rules specific to each market type (e.g., abandonment policy, extra-time inclusion) are set out in the Platform's dedicated sportsbook rules section.
7.5 Togel Draw Rules. For togel products (Togel SGP, Togel HK, Togel SDY, Togel Macau, and others), settlement is based on the official result published by the relevant licensed lottery operator for each draw. In the event of draw cancellation or postponement, applicable rules are as stated in the Platform's togel product terms.
7.6 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. All markets carry minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits may vary by market, event, and Member account tier. mdg388 reserves the right to impose individual Member stake limits where warranted by risk management considerations.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on mdg388 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.2 mdg388 reserves the right to monitor Account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct and to take action on the basis of reasonable suspicion without the obligation to disclose its detection methodology.
9.1 mdg388 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We offer the following self-management tools to all Members: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, reality-check prompts, and voluntary self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure.

10.1 All content on the mdg388 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, design, text, images, graphics, logos, data, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of mdg388 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 10.3 Any unauthorized use of mdg388's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, mdg388 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or financial loss of any kind.
11.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mdg388 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and emergency downtime are outside mdg388's liability in so far as reasonable notice is given where practicable.
11.3 mdg388's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms, howsoever caused, shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mdg388's liability for death, personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
12.1 mdg388 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 mdg388 does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the Platform and comply with Applicable Law.

13.1 mdg388 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the change, unless immediate amendment is required by law or our licensing authority.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request account closure.
13.3 The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at mdg388.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
14.1 Termination by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting mdg388 support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your designated payment method following successful identity verification, provided no outstanding disputes or investigations are pending.
14.2 Termination by mdg388. mdg388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or at the direction of a licensing or regulatory authority. In such cases, mdg388 will provide reasonable notice where legally and operationally permitted.
14.3 Forfeiture of Bonus Funds. Upon Account closure — whether initiated by the Member or by mdg388 — any bonus funds remaining in the Account will be forfeited. Real-money funds will be returned in accordance with Clause 14.1, subject to the satisfactory resolution of any outstanding investigations.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mdg388 holds its international gaming operating license. In the event of a conflict between the laws of the licensing jurisdiction and the laws of Indonesia, the licensing jurisdiction's laws shall prevail to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.
15.2 By registering an Account and agreeing to these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
